SNOW-200515: Getting error while building Snowflake jdbc 3.11.0

I am getting the below error while building snowflake jdbc 3.11.0 -

Could not resolve dependencies for project net.snowflake:snowflake-jdbc:jar:3.11.0: The following artifacts could not be resolved: net.minidev:json-smart:jar:2.3, org.bouncycastle:bc-fips:jar:1.0.2: Could not transfer artifact net.minidev:json-smart:jar:2.3 from/to Central (https://nexus.int.snowflakecomputing.com/repository/maven-central/): Access denied to: https://nexus.int.snowflakecomputing.com/repository/maven-central/net/minidev/json-smart/2.3/json-smart-2.3.jar

How can I resolve this?

I think you should add maven central repository
