SNOW-982031: `snow object drop streamlit` or `snow streamlit drop` should drop the object defined in snowflake.yml

Description

Right now, to create a streamlit app, you just put the name in snowflake.yml and run snow streamlit deploy. But, if you want to drop it, you have to type the name in the CLI. This seems unnecessary and counter-intuitive.
