F-Droid app store publication

I would love to see your great app in F-Droid (https://f-droid.org) and asked them to add your app here: https://f-droid.org/forums/topic/snowdream-imageviewer/ The response was: "Uses play-services and untrusted maven repos…", as you could read in that thread.

So my question is: would you consider to get rid of the play-services? (Whatever that exactly means, I'm using your provided .apk on my AOSP 6.0.1 without any play-services installed)...

Same for the "untrusted maven repos". I sadly don't know what that means, but the main question would be, would be so kind, and make some little changes to make your awesome app really FOSS, so that it could be made available in the F-Droid store, please?
