Sunburst chart's text rotation

Hey Sukanya,

I found another small issue in some cases. For example, if my first element (from the innermost circle) is less than 50%, and the other part is the rest of the sunburst chart, then the rotation of the second one is a bit weird. I attach these 2 picture to see how it is rotate when my first element is ~70% and the other ~30%, and vice-versa. pie-chart-correct-text-rotation pie-chart-wrong-text-rotation

@snowPu please, any updates? I do not know how to solve the issue generally, because I made locally some changes to test a bit, but I have the following incorrect text rotations (avoid the white line in the innermost circle where is the 'Bus' text):
