Games.initialize throws Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.

i have everything setup right but when i compile my project it throws this error:

exception, information=TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.

at Games.initialize(); any ideas why this happens ?

@grudev a lot of time was gone since I last comitted to my ANE... but now I return and great changes are waiting! Stay tuned...
