Tricky... I think it's generally the quote boundary that we shouldn't touch - but sometimes (rarely) you do want a macro to pull from it's env rather than using syntax-quote....

@mainej that's all largely correct. One of the big problems is that neither zip or jar uris are officially specced. I used the zipfile scheme that vim and nvim both...
