Debug: Error viewing logs when running in airflow standlone mode

While running airflow in standalone mode, the UI was not able to fetch the wrong. in the logs we could issue that the taskinstance start_dt was not set.

was not able to reproduce this issue.

reported by @saritatewari4

running airflow webserver separately resolved this issue.
