[Feature Request][SAM] SSH alternative port

It would be great if we could specify an alternative SSH port. This way I have to revert it to 22 before running sam.

I wanted to see the code and maybe try adding that myself, but sam repo seems to be hidden or does not exist anymore? (followed URL from npm)
