Detection timestamp

For all payloads it is always handy to have a timestamp when something occured. Especially for hotwords

most of the messages are sent on mqtt directly after the event happened so I guess you could use the current system time when receiving the message for that. But yes for completeness we may add some in the future

Nope, not on a satellite configuration. Message might stack, the main unit needed time to process or waiting on user input
