Error using german mutated vowel in Intent name via Website

Hi,

I recognized that using ö, ä, ü inside the intent name (I did via Website) causes an error in executing the intent (somewere in the action handler I think). It was not possible for me to successfully use those intent via snips.

I've also noticed that Sam raises an error if an assistant contains a skill with ö, ä, ü in the name.

@LucidSkyWalker @MrJohnZoidberg we don't handle special characters in the name. Though this is on our to do list. Meanwhile please use text without special characters. We'll keep you posted here when it's done. ;)
