Add Permission for Category

Snipeit Version: 5.1.0 Server: debian 10 Php: 7.4

I want to give an user access to specific categories only. He shouldn't be able to view and edit all assets. He should only see assets for the categories he has permissions defined.

The reason for this is, that we have confidential information stored in custom fields for some assets that he shoudn't see. This would be a very useful feature and was requested some time ago https://github.com/snipe/snipe-it/issues/2844 from another user.

Yes would really love to have this implemented as well.

We'd like our admin staff to only be able to managed a few assets that they control e.g. 2-3 training laptops, a few wifi dongles etc
