Not Successfully Binding to LDAP
Expected Behavior
When setting up LDAP Integration, clicking the "Test LDAP" button under "Test LDAP Login" should work.
Actual Behavior
Error "Login Failed. [username] did not successfully bind to LDAP.

Is this a fresh install or an upgrade? Fresh.

Version of Snipe-IT you're running v4.9.5 build 4482 (g5b68a321a).

Version of PHP you're running 7.4.3.

Version of MySQL/MariaDB you're running 10.3.22-MariaDB-1ubuntu1 Ubuntu 20.04.

What OS and web server you're running Snipe-IT on Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS and Apache/2.4.41.

What method you used to install Snipe-IT (install.sh, manual installation, docker, etc) Install.sh.

WITH DEBUG TURNED ON, if you're getting an error in your browser, include that error LOG.debug: Preparing to test LDAP login LOG.debug: Attempting to bind to LDAP for LDAP test LOG.debug: Attempting to login using distinguished name:uid=[username],ou=Global,dc=[domain],dc=[domain]

What specific Snipe-IT page you're on, and what specific element you're interacting with to trigger the error Update LDAP/AD Settings, "/admin/ldap", pressing the "Test LDAP" button under "Test LDAP Login".

storage/logsand your webserver's logs. No related information I can see. -
Include what you've done so far in the installation, and if you got any error messages along the way. Fresh install, went straight to test LDAP. Done nothing else.

Indicate whether or not you've manually edited any data directly in the database No.

Notes: I have tested our LDAP Read Only account, password and filter against the LDAP server and they work. Also, our LDAP's users are organised in OUs nested under Global. Does Snipe-IT have issues reading nested OUs?
