How can we help?

Currently our assets grown to a significant amount, and its getting increasingly difficult to sort by different items, it would be amazing to see such a feature.

there are coloums which can be sorted with a certain data. Is it something can be done currently?

Those columns are already sortable - just click on the headers to sort

I’m aware that there is already a sorting mechanism that allows items to be sorted in ascending or descending order.

What I’m referring to is a feature that lets you sort by a specific named element within a single row. For example, if I click on Category, it should allow me to sort or filter based on one or more predefined categories.

For instance, I have categories like Monitor Screens, Desktop, Laptop, and so on. If I want to view only Laptop, I currently have to use the search function. Having a sort option that allows sorting or filtering by a single element— even within the search results—would be extremely helpful.

I think, you can go to Categories Master where clicking on the category lists all assets belonging to that category.
