[Feature Request]: Move asset name back out of the disclosure arrows

This was discussed a while back on a seperate request and it became a little clouded on what the real request was. We name each of our assets so moving the "Asset Name" field to optional has caused us quite a bit of work having to go back and cleanup records, this field is a very basic but important field to us in Snipe.

Describe the solution you'd like

The simple ask is just to move the "Asset Name" field back to the top of the page.

Describe alternatives you've considered

A higher level ask of being able to CHOOSE what fields are optional would be amazing. But i understand how complciated this would be.
