[Feature Request]: In the Create Asset form, display the Expected Checkin Date field when a user is assigned to the Checkout to field.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great if when a new Asset is created (Create Asset form), when the Status is set to Ready to Deploy and a user is assigned in the Checkout to field, then to also display the Expected Checkin Date field, so that it can immediately be set should it be required.

At the moment, it would require creating the asset, then searching for the checked out asset and editing it and setting the Expected Checkin Date.
