[Feature Request]: Clear Custom Field on Checkin

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We use a custom checkbox on certain assets to track if we've received a signed certification from the user for the asset. When the asset is checked back in, we have to remember to uncheck the field.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the ability for custom fields to optionally clear on Checkin.

Describe alternatives you've considered

It would also work if we could add a custom field to the user, or just a note, but this would be less convenient.
