[Feature Request]: Ability to create Child location from asset creation screen.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When creating an asset, if a location doesn't exist, you can create one if you have permissions. However, you can't add a parent location, creating a child location.

I would like to be able to create a location from the asset creation screen that is a child of another location, not just create a parent location.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I'm not sure.
