Error 500 after upgrading from v6.2.3 - build 11759

Describe the bug

DEBUG is not turned on not sure how to enable it. Running on rocky 9.3 v6.2.3 - build 11759 is working fine. I perform the upgrade (php upgrade.php) I don't see any errors during upgrade but /var/log/snipeit-install.log does not get updated either.

Reproduction steps

1.php upgrade.php 2.try to login through browser 3.get 500 server error ...

Expected behavior

upgrade should report issues and or system should work normally

Set your app_debug field in your .env file to true

Since i am testing this on a copy of the production VM would you like me to set debug prior to performing the upgrade. What logs should I collect when the upgrade is completed?

I'm no expert with this, but if I were you I'd probably try to enable debug in the env first and then try the upgrade. If it fails, check the install log again, php and apache error logs.
