User group can't see history of device

Describe the bug
I have a user group called "Device Checkouts" that my librarians use to check devices in and out. They can do that, but they can't see the history to see who had the broken device to check it back out to. I have checked all of the things that I would think they would need to be able to see the History, but there's not a box specifically named "History" on it to check that they have access to. I do not want them to have delete rights to anything, just the ability to check in and out and to see the history of a certain device. Any help is appreciated.
Reproduction steps
- Logged in. 2.Pulled up a device. 3.Clicked on History and nothing shows. ...
Expected behavior
To be able to see the history of a device.

Hi there, I can confirm the problem described by @mayesd . We saw the same problem in our deployment v6.0.14 - build 9038 (master).
Do you have an idea if this is a bug or a configuration problem? If this is a configuration problem, how can we fix it and is there documentation for this effect.
Seeing the same on a docker deployment of v.7.0.12 - build 15249 (master). Users with Admin or Superuser permission can see asset history, but users without Admin cannot.
Hi there - I know this is a pretty old issue, but I wanted to check and see if you ever got this resolved? If so, can you please close the ticket? If not, can you update us on what version of Snipe-IT you're currently using, so we can see if it's still an issue on latest?
:) Thanks!
Thanks for checking, if I remember correctly, someone got me helped out. Thanks!

Glad to hear you're all sorted! In the future, if you've resolved your issue, please try to remember to close your ticket - it helps us out a lot. (We have to manage a lot of tickets.)

Hi there, in our case, the "Reports: View" permission was necessary, which is not granted in your first screenshot. This allows users to see the whole "Reports" tab of the sidebar, which is much more than just the asset history. But as far as I know, it's not possible to do this more fine-grained. However, our users are happily looking at asset histories since then =)
