Did you check your QR settings? If the problem is not resolved, click the "Clear barcode cache" button.

We have exactly the same problem (and have had it for a couple of versions now):

• Images show without any problems
• Barcodes don't show (and do not seem to get generated)
• I have checked the APP_URL
• I have cleared the barcode cache

Is there any way to debug barcode generation?

What does that mean exactly? What is your APP_URL? It should not have a trailing slash, as mentioned in the docs.
