[Feature Request]: Allow time (in addition to date) for Checkouts/Checkins

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We have an asset that is required quite often and much liked, however due to its cost we do not want to afford a second one. Occasionally the asset is required back to back, and we have to know at which time the asset returns so we can tell the next requester when he can expect the asset.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a time picker in addition to most if not all date pickers.

Describe alternatives you've considered

So far, we use notes, and while this solution certainly works, it's certainly not what the notes are primarily for.
