Would be nice to have the embedded thumbnailphoto attribute synchronized from Active Directory and displayed for each user. We use this function for our badge photos and access control system so the photos are already there. This would allow us to maintain a single database of employee photos.

Synchronize the thumbnailphoto attribute from Active Directory so it can be displayed in the user's Snipe-IT profile.

The methods around this are present and usable, like gravitar. The only downside is they are much more difficult to manage for users as an IT admin.
