License assigned but not able to see the user name in license tab, I want pull report for license assigned users ,

I'm not sure what the ask is here. The licenses in the screenshot are not checked out, so there wouldn't be a username.
I was assigned license to users account but it is not showing as mentioned above screenshot. I Generate report from license , not showing any users name in reports. Please help me on this
Any update on this it seems like the put/patch license API may have some bugs
