Assume I have bought a software licensese (Software Category = MySoft) for 10 seats in 2019. I have filled all info about the license details etc.. and did a checkout Then in 2020 I have bought another 10 seats license and again I have filled all info about the license details and assigned the licenses to MySoft Category etc.. and did a checkout Now, I would lile to see a report for all assets or people, to whom the license was assigned (expecting all 20 records, as each license belongs to the same Category = MySoft) It looks like this is not possibe. I would need to enter each license entry (out of 2) to see the assigned seats

I would like to have a printable report (incl possibility of setting column visibility) with possibility or filtering resultf (F)

ID Company (F) License (F) Product Key Expiration Date (higlight, if expieres soon or already expired) Licensed to Email Licensed to Name Category (F) Supplier (F) Manufacturer (F) Total Avail Purchase Date Termination Date Depreciation Maintained Reassignable Purchase Cost Purchase Order Number (F) Order Number (F) Notes

Then subgroup for each entry: Seat no User / Asset (F) Location (F) CheckIn Button

Using One by one th following views: .../licenses/x .../licenses/x#seats

However this is a nightmate if there are over 100 licenses grouped in ~10 license packs and youu need to find out, to whom the licenses have been assigned and to whom not

This has been available via the /reports/licenses license report for quite some time. Filtering on this does get a little trickier.
