Ah, I see what happened. I had FMCS turned on. Once I turned that off, the manager view loaded on the manager's view.

This would usually have to do with the LDAP Active flag in your Snipe-IT LDAP settings: @uberbrady can you take a look at this and offer some guidance?

What permissions does the technician have?

They would need to have the permission to update users in order to access that LDAP sync (since the LDAP sync will, in fact, update users.)
