We'd need to see what's in your app logs that's causing the 500. I cannot reproduce this locally or on the demo.

We need app logs, not apache logs. `storage/logs/laravel.log`

How are your classrooms set up? Are they locations? If so, you can just select the assets via the location listing and bulk edit them there, no?

Would the idea of "tags" be something that you could work with?

You'd narrow down that list via model. category, tag search, name search, or any of the the other ways we allow you to narrow down results.
