httpd/conf/thruk.conf should have paths relative to --prefix

If you run ./configure --prefix=/install_path/thruk --with-httpd-conf=/etc/httpd/conf.d make make install

The resulting /etc/httpd/conf.d/thruk.conf does not have all the paths relative to --prefix
