Describe the bug In panoramas, in the Hosts widget, the host "display_name" is not taken into account : the hosts "hostname" is displayed instead.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In Shinken, register a host with a display_name
2. In Thruk, create a panorama
3. In the panorama, add a Hosts widget, which criteria are matched by the host in Shinken
4. In the first column, the hostname is displayed instead of the display_name. And this column is called "Hostname" instead of "Host"

Expected behavior

1. The first column should be called "Host", and the display_name of the host should be displayed when it is defined, as it is the case in the "Services" widget, and in the "Host Status Details" page.
