I just completed the porting of mustang-midi-bridge to Windows

Nice work, but is there any chance of providing installation and usage instructions? I never use Windows for anything serious and wouldn't know where to start.

Great - thanks. Also, I don't want to make a big deal out of this but my code is under a GPL license and the terms of that license do not permit you to remove it from any work derived from the original code base. It would also be courteous to provide a link to the original project. But, again, thanks for your work.

Added LICENSE file. The link to the original project is in the README. I didn't add into the source files because I didn't touch most of them but if you want I can add everywhere.
