How does the Blacklist feature work?

Hello dev team! Love the work you guys do with this plugin, it helps me a lot! I was just wondering if you could explain to me how the blacklist feature works. I want to blacklist all of the files in my Template folder but when I write "Template" in the blacklist box it doesn't work. I place {{title}} in the title properties of my templates to automatically populate the template, so I need to blacklist the Template folder so it doesn't show the template notes in the graph all as {{title}}
