8bitdo controller doesn't work on MacOS while booting UP this game.

Whenever the game is booted UP none of the controller inputs work in either D-input or X-input

which 8bitdo gamepad? intel or apple silicon? intel mac has special drivers for xinput you can find here

on apple silicon, i only have the 8bitdo lite 1 to test. I recommend you update to macOS 13 Ventura which seems to have better support for gamepads than previous versions. zelda3 works for me either in Xinput mode via bluetooth OR Switch mode over the usb cable
