How to turn spike data into h5 dataset

Hi everyone,

My team is currently setting up scripts to run autolfad on our cluster but are running into the issue with understanding how to create the h5 script. Do you have a link to a reference on how we can do this? Or just a quick overview on what we do?

We have spike timing of our neurons along with binary matrix of spiking event. We have the binary matrix bin1 and bin10. Let me know.

P.S we are running on A100 GPU, do you know if it is possible to split the autolfad across multiple GPU's?
