Changing body background-color

Hi, Thanks for all the work on this project, I love it. However, I cannot really manage to do some simple things. I am trying to change the background colour of the body. Trying to override with a css file in the assets directory does not work as I think MantineProvider is adding inline code. From the doc I get that the background color is set on the GlobalStyle but I am at a loss on how to change this. Any chance you could point me in the right direction? Thanks
