@jgearheart thank you for reaching out. Have you explored leveraging the [Pre-API helper](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/controltower/latest/userguide/aft-account-customization-options.html) to set `AWS_USE_FIPS_ENDPOINT=true`?

@Eikistein thank you for reaching out. Please may you update to [CFCT v2.7..2](https://github.com/aws-solutions/aws-control-tower-customizations/releases/tag/v2.7.2) and check if that resolves the issue for you?

@riccardo94p Thanks for reaching out. I have created an internal backlog to address this. As a workaround we recommend not using quotes for specifying file name.
