Feature request: ability to mark changed sites as seen

As a user I want to have the ability to mark all or part of changed sites as seen (unmark them). This was available in the XUL version but is missing in the browser extension rewrite. Since part of the sidebar's functionality is present in the extension's pop-up it will need to be available in the pop-up too.

Perhaps as an extra item in the toolbar popup "..." menu.
