[reddit] support @self, @friends, and @all in get_activities()

right now it only supports search and activity_id, so bridgy only finds posts that link to your site. this would fill in the rest of bridgy's backfeed functionality for people who POSSE their posts to reddit without backlinks. cc @stedn
