This seems lower priority now that we've switched tombstoning in Bluesky to deactivating instead, https://github.com/snarfed/bridgy-fed/issues/1130#issuecomment-2428297388, which can be undone.

Ah, right, good point! So then the catch is that Bridgy's rendering of Paul's comment doesn't have the same `u-url`, which a webmention receiver would ideally use to match them....
