Getting close! I think just the rate limiting is left.
fediverse => Bluesky is pretty much done, but Bluesky => fediverse has more work to do. We need to poll `chat.bsky.convo.getLog` to get incoming Bluesky chat messages.
Right! I'm starting with just chat for now, that's taken enough work to build as is. After that's shipped and debugged, I'm happy to consider other options.
