Improve user page discoverability and docs

Right now, /web-site, which the docs points to, only works for web sites. We should expand it to all supported protocols, and document user pages in general more loudly.

Yes! I still haven't found my "user page". That's another thing were the bridge account could be queried, e.g. I send it the userpage command and it replies with a link!
