Switch blob image introspection from pillow to pymediainfo

@Daft-Freak graciously added blob video introspection in #46. Love it! That added a new dep on pymediainfo, which can also do images, so we should maybe switch our image introspection from pillow to pymediainfo so we can drop the pillow dep...?

Based on the README it should just be a matter of using image_tracks instead of video_tracks. (I haven't tried though)
