[Bug]: Plugins that are in version 30.0.0 are missing in 31.1.2

What happened?

I noticed when my snapdemon Refreshed the OBS Studio to version 31.1.2 from version 30.0.0 that many plugins where missing including Backround Removal which I use. I reverted to the --edge (version 30.0.0) to be able to use the missing plugins. Why are they missing in the stable version ?

Missing plugins should be in the stable version.

Why are they missing in the stable version ?

It seems they went with the upgrade recently to core24. I'm not sure why they were left out. See: https://github.com/snapcrafters/obs-studio/pull/220

The previous version of the snap took advantage of a obs-studio-portable project that provided several plug-ins. Unfortunately, that project is no longer supported.

It's still possible to integrate plug-ins with the snap, but they don't come out-of-the-box as before.
