Make guide more convenient

I really love GIMP but I want to say something with guide of GIMP. Sometimes I find it hard to use guide.If I want to manipulate many guides at the same time it will be really hard since the only way to manipulate the existing guides is by toggling them by mouse. I hope there will be a editor dialog for manipulating guides in the future, just like the text editor. I hope it can be used both to report and set the location(pixels)of guides. Or at least add some python api of guides to make it possible to manipulate guides by using python.

There is a gimp-plugin for that here : https://www.arakne.es/gimp-guideslab-edita-las-guias-numericamente/

Unfortunately, the latest version ( E or E2 ) seems not to work in Linux, so try with version C or D.

I've tried to reach the author about that, without success.

And true, it's not snap's fault, more of an upstream request for gimp's dev's ( good luck ).
