[Bug]: Atom doesn't work with gitlab!

What happened?

If you want to connect to a gitlab server, after having download the main extensions associated with git, atom says that "git" is not a known function.

What should have happened?

I tried with VS code and all is OK with it. Normally the connection with the gitlab server should work.
