Can't see toolbar

I can't see the toolbar, but I can access its buttons and they turn lighter. screenshot from 2019-02-16 08-24-19

I have: Ubuntu 18.10 (64 bit). All is up to date. CPU: Intel Core i5.

Until it's fixed in Atom proper, you can do the following to workaround:

Open your terminal, type: sudo apt install gnome-tweaks

Then open Gnome-Tweaks -> Appearance, Themes section Applications line -> select Yaru-dark.
