BS5 Dropdown is not a constructor error
Getting Uncaught TypeError: Dropdown is not a constructor when using the latest beta (v1.14.0-beta3) and the yet to be released patch https://github.com/snapappointments/bootstrap-select/pull/2736
Tried all possible ways of importing Bootstrap modules, no luck. Bootstap version: 5.1.3
Care to share context?
Saying "tried all possible ways" doesn't really bring information to maintainers.
By including the Bootstrap Dropdown module individually, by including the whole Bootstrap bundle in the main application script. Even tried importing the module and bundle within the bs-select script. Dropdowns and other modules work perfectly for the rest of the web application, don't really have any other information to give you.
I was really looking for input on whether someone else has encountered this issue and was able to resolve it. Since I didn't see another issue on this topic I created a new one.
Will try to mess around with loading Popper in different ways next week to see if that changes anything.
popper js v2 not compatible with boostrap
you need to downgrade the popper.js version
