MIMIC-III integration

Integrating MIMIC-III (https://physionet.org/content/mimiciii/1.4/) or other EHR databases would be a great addition.

Hi @hossboll, thanks for suggesting this dataset. MIMIC-III is very interesting and we would love to have it in RelBench. Will you be able to contribute this as a PR?

You might also be interested in the rel-trial dataset currently in RelBench, which comprises a database of clinical trials.
