Feature request: link to direct download of datasets -- for those of us not using Python

I'm running some experiments on a different ML framework, not in Python. While the downloading/dataset library is very convenient, may I suggest adding links to download the data directly as well ?

ps.: Just unpack the contents of the various master.csv to the README.md, or even better somewhere in the OGB site ?
