Discourse Integration Improvements

• [x] when changing a user's email, we should remember to set or reset their discourse email.
• [ ] it would be useful to be able to edit this field directory on a user profile edit view for admins....
• [ ] we should build in support for the Discourse Admin API and a manual sync endpoint for user support.
