Trojan detected when scanned

I downloaded the windows version from https://github.com/snail007/goproxy/releases/download/v12.3/proxy-windows-amd64.tar.gz Trojan was detected by AV. I scanned using virus total as well.

Is it still detected when you build the binaries by yourself?
