Allow oid2name_to_file() to retreive oid-name information from the entire database cluster.

oid2name_to_file() function now allows to retrieve oid-name mapping info from a single database in order to create an oid-name mapping cache file.

It needs to be allowed to retrieve oid-name info from the entire database cluster (multiple databases) with connecting different user databases.
